Welcome to the webpage of Dr Claire L. Davies.

Claire is a Lecturer in the Department of Physics and Astronomy's Astrophysics Group at the University of Exeter. Her research background is in astrophysics, specifically the high angular resolution observations of young stars and their circumstellar discs.

As of January 2022, Claire moved from Research to an Education and Scholarship position and is no longer active in research as a Principle Investigator. However, she continues to contribute to research both through the design and supervision of student research projects, and her extant work developing the MIRC-X instrument at the CHARA Array.
