As an observational astronomer, a lot of my work centres around applying for telescope time, preparing and conducting observations of various kinds, and developing analysis tools to understand the data obtained.
Through my membership of the MIRC-X collaboration and the SONS collaboration, I am an experienced user of the CHARA Array and the James Clark Maxwell Telescope (JCMT), respectively. I am also an experienced PI of observations requiring the Very Large Telescope Interferometer (VLTI) and have experience using the PIONIER instrument in delegated visitor mode.
